The beauty of mistakes is that you always learn from them, no matter how young or how old you are. Along with an apology comes forgiveness whether it’s from a friend, significant other, or God above. No one is perfect, and everyone deserves another chance. Who are you, a mere human being, not to forgive someone even if they have directly wronged you? If HE forgave us, why shouldn’t we forgive others? It’s never easy, and it might take a lot of time, but the day will come when you just have to let go. There is so much to look forward to in life, if only you decide to rid of the things that bring you down. Forgive others, and forgive yourself.

I’m not saying to forget about the past. I’m saying to remember it, so that you remember what made you stronger. From the lowest of lows comes the struggle of moving forward until you finally reach the top.

Don’t hold the past over someone’s head. Life shouldn’t be played backwards.
